Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the contact, organization, project, timing, and investment information you choose to provide. When you join the newsletter, we collect your email address. We also collect limited website-usage information through Google Analytics and PostHog, such as pages viewed, general device and browser details, traffic source, and approximate geography.
How we use it
Project inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to your request. Newsletter information is used to send Think Insights updates when newsletter sending begins. We do not sell the information submitted through these forms.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how people find and move through the website and to measure project inquiries and newsletter signups. PostHog also helps us understand website performance, diagnose technical errors, and replay how visitors navigate the site. Replay masks all form-field contents, excludes request headers and bodies, and removes query strings from captured network-request URLs. For a limited sample of medium- and high-activity recordings, PostHog's AI classifies whether a visit was completed, abandoned, or blocked by an error so we can investigate website problems; masked form values remain unavailable to this analysis. We record selected calls to action with categorical labels, but broad click recording remains disabled. Google and PostHog may process analytics data under their own privacy policies, and we respect browser Do Not Track signals for PostHog.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the private systems used to operate this website. Access is limited to people supporting Think Insights who need the information to respond or operate the service.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete information you submitted. You can also withdraw from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe method included in a future message or by contacting us directly.
